1. A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the tour is required to confirm the booking, payable immediately.
  2. The full balance of the total cost of the tour is required 45 days prior to commencement of the tour. Bookings made within 45 days of departure, a full payment is required.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel any booking for which the total amount has not been paid by the due date. In this event, 20% of the total price will be forfeited by the client and the balance refunded.
  4. Cancellations of confirmed bookings must be made in writing and will be effective on the date the cancellation is received. The following charges will apply: more than 30 days prior to commencement 20% less; less than 30 days prior to commencement 100%. Should you fail to join a tour or join it after the departure date, or leave the tour prior to its completion, no refund will be made.
  5. Tariffs are subject to price changes without notice, should this be necessary through circumstances beyond our control, irrespective if payment in full has been made or not.
  6. If not included in your package, clients should ensure that they have comprehensive insurance before traveling to cover cancellation, medical expenses, loss of personal luggage and money etc.
  7. The onus is on the client to ensure that passports, visas and health requirements are valid. Please note that you are strongly advised to consult your doctor in connection with the necessary malaria prophylactics and other inoculations that should be taken.
  8. Whilst every effort is made to keep to all published itineraries, we reserve the right to make changes for your convenience. In some cases weather conditions can necessitate an alteration in the tour itinerary and this does not constitute any reason for a refund.
